# Report a Bug

## How to Submit a Bug Report

To report a bug, use the [bug report form](https://useorbitcrm.ai/support/bug-report) on our website, or email [support@orbitforms.ai](mailto:support@orbitforms.ai) with the following information.

**1. Your Email**

Provide your email address so we can follow up with questions if needed.

**2. Severity**

Select the severity level that best describes the issue:

* **Critical** - App is unusable
* **Major** - Feature is broken
* **Minor** - Small issue
* **Cosmetic** - Visual only

**3. Area**

Tell us where you encountered the bug:

* Form Editor
* Public Form View
* Dashboard
* Submissions
* Integrations
* Settings
* Login/Signup
* Other

**4. Bug Description**

Describe the bug in detail. Include what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.

**5. Screenshot (optional)**

Upload a screenshot showing the issue. Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP (up to 5MB).

**6. Screen Recording URL (optional)**

Use Loom, CleanShot, or any screen recording tool and paste the link here.
