# Exporting Data

> Download your form submissions for analysis or backup.

## Export Options

> [card] CSV Export
>
> Download submissions as a spreadsheet-compatible file

> [card] Filtered Exports
>
> Apply search or filters first to export only matching submissions

>
> Export includes all fields plus submission date metadata

## How to Export

**1. Open Submissions**

Go to your form's Submissions tab

**2. Click Export CSV**

Click the "Export CSV" button (search or filter first if you only want a subset)

**3. Download**

Your CSV file downloads automatically
